There is no simple answer to this but in short - we want our customers to know and trust their farmer and we want to be that farmer.
We started this farm to provide the best quality meat possible- raised the right way with the highest standards of care for our animals.
We wanted healthy, local food for our family.
This then switched into us raising food for our local community.
WE BELIEVE IN SELLING ONLY THE FINEST, HEALTHIEST MEAT AND THIS MEAT COMES FROM ANIMALS AND LAND THAT ARE WELL CARED FOR.

WE BELIEVE IN WORKING WITH NATURE NOT AGAINST
This means caring for our land and animals with nature in mind. We rotate our pastures, keep our soil covered in green grass, never spray with chemicals, and our animals have babies in late spring when they naturally would.
WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY FARM, AND TOGETHER AS A FAMILY WE CARE FOR EACH OF OUR ANIMALS.
The seven of us as a family are out here everyday making sure these animals live a beautiful healthy life with only one bad day.
OUR ANIMALS SPEND THEIR WHOLE LIVES ON OUR GREEN PASTURES AND HILLS RICH IN MINERALS, PLENTY OF SUNSHINE, AND FRESH AIR.

OUR MEAT IS NEVER TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS, HORMONES, FLY SPRAYS, DEWORMING AGENTS. THE CLEANEST MEAT YOU WILL FIND!
If an animal on our farm needs treatment that requires antibiotics, we humanely administer whatever they need for the best quality of life, but they are taken out of our program and we will never sell this meat.
WE ARE ORGANICALLY-MINDED AND GMO FREE.
We don't believe third party certifications are necessary when our customers know and trust us as their farmers. We are transparent about what we do and how we care for our farm.
OUR BEEF IS 100% GRASS FED AND FINISHED. NEVER SEEING GRAIN IN THEIR LIVES
We believe this leads to a premium product in flavor, marbling and consistency. How it should be.
