What if I told you that something so simple as drinking raw milk can strengthen your immune system?

We need to feed our immune system healthy foods and not feed it and treat it like garbage.

HERE ARE 5 REASONS I FEED MY FAMILY RAW MILK

  1. RAW MILK IS A LIVING FOOD.

    Several of milk's natural components including beneficial bacteria, food enzymes, natural vitamins, and immunoglobulins

  2. RAW MILK IS RICH IN BENEFICIAL BACTERIA.

    They're responsible for stimulating and training your immune system to function correctly.     Studies show Raw milk consumption has a protective effect on allergies. The immunologically active whey proteins are what help fight allergies. Fermented dairy, such as yogurt, is an important source of probiotics, which can treat eczema by improving the gut and skin microbiome. Daily consumption of yogurt has also been shown to reduced inflammation.

  5. RAW MILK IS RICH IN ENZYMES

    Natalie could not tolerate store bought milk growing up. She would refuse it anywhere we went because she complained of a stomach ache.

    Raw milk is full of natural food enzymes: lactase, lipase, and phosphatase and they help your body to better digest milk and better metabolize its vital nutrients. It's the presence of the enzyme lactase that help individuals who are otherwise sensitive to lactose better digest raw milk.

I know we would all agree the health and well being of our bodies is so important.
