Nacho Ordinary Night: The Most Epic Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe

Alright, I know your a busy mom thats got football games and piles of laundry.

And I also know your seriously a multitasking hero.

I’ve got a recipe that's a game-changer (pun intended).

My life's like a football match sometimes – fast, furious, and full of touchdowns.

But let's be honest, scoring a touchdown in the kitchen while making a quick and wholesome dinner is the real move..

That’s my goal for each and every day, sometimes I win and sometimes I loose.

But my end game is to just be winning MOST of the time.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb Wholesome Family ground beef

  • Taco seasoning

  • ½ c corn

  • ½ c sliced black olives

  • ½ c black beans

  • ½ c salsa

  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 c shredded jack cheese

Toppings (optional):

  • Cilantro

  • Sour cream

  • Jalapenos

  • salsa

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400. Heat medium sized skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef breaking it up while it cooks. Once browned, drain the grease. Add in the taco seasoning. Stir to combine.

Add the tortilla chips to a large baking sheet. Spread into an even layer. Spread the taco meat on top. Sprinkle with corn, olives, black beans, salsa and shredded cheese. If using fresh jalapeno add it now so it roasts. Canned or jarred jalapenos can be added after baking.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from oven and top with desired toppings. Serve warm and enjoy.

Sheet Pan Nachos are a slam dunk, a hole-in-one, a home run – you get it(I gotta have a little fun writing all these recipes once in awhile)

But in all sincerity they're a true game-changer for busy nights.

Even nights when you forgot to thaw out meat….just defrost some ground beef in hot water and bam in under 20 minutes you’ll have a supper NO ONE will complain about.

Now you’ve got a supper idea for when you’re getting ready for a football match or just need a super-fast dinner idea

So, next time the clock is ticking, or you have HANGRY kids, know that you can whip up a delicious, wholesome meal.

Get ready for a touchdown-worthy game day – no guilt, and all glory!
