Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Wholesome Family stew meat

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions:

  1. Season meat lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the stew meat and cook until they're nicely browned on all sides. Once done, transfer the meat to a plate and set it aside.

  3. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic, sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry these veggies until they're tender yet still slightly crisp.

  4. Return the seared stew meat to the skillet with the cooked veggies. Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, giving everything a good toss to coat evenly. Let it cook together for a few more minutes until the flavors meld.

  5. Serve and Enjoy over a bed of fluffy rice or quinoa.
